Split Hold’em is a novel twist on the classic and wildly popular game of Texas Hold’em. With Split Hold’em you get more chances to hit great hands, leading to more flops, more action…and more fun!
If you’ve played Texas Hold’em before, or seen it on TV, the rules of Split Hold’em are easy to pick up as the games are very similar. The crucial difference – as the name suggests – is that the community cards are split into two separate boards.

In traditional Texas Hold’em, players are each dealt two private cards (known as ‘hole cards’) that belong to them alone, with five community cards then dealt face-up to form the ‘board’. All players in the game use these shared community cards in conjunction with their own hole cards to each make their best possible five-card poker hand.
What makes Split Hold’em different is that two completely separate boards are dealt simultaneously – two flops, two turns and two rivers – with the winner of each board receiving half the pot.
It is possible for one player to win the entire pot by holding the best hand for each board, or if all other players fold.
Split Hold’em is played as a No Limit game. Run It Twice is not available for Split Hold’em.
